Bassetts Motor Group Make A Supportive Donation To The Wales Air Ambulance Charity

The Wales Air Ambulance Charitable Trust also known as Wales Air Ambulance Charity is a charity air ambulance service providing a free, life-saving helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the critically ill and injured in Wales. It is an independent charity that relies on charitable donations to supply and maintain a fleet of emergency aircraft and rapid response vehicles.

Fundraising is something that is vital to the sustainability of this crucial operation and one of the key things that supports this is their various charity shops within Wales.

Bassetts wanted to do something to help support this great cause, so partnered up with the Wales Air Ambulance Charity to provide them with a fully electric Citroen Berlingo Van in order to help them with their great work.

Whilst at the Dafen site, we had the pleasure of talking with some of the team there about what they do, some of the services they provide, and even got to take look around one of their emergency response vehicles.
