Sales Executive

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Honda Omoda and Jaecoo dealership.

Due to recent growth of the new brands we are looking to recruit a determined and enthusiastic person within a sales environment. With some very exciting new products that have just arrived and with lots more in the pipeline we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the benefits of these fantastic new models whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Experience within a sales background is required but doesn’t have to be within the motor trade.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Utilise Dealer Management System to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician for our Main Dealership on Bridgend Industrial Estate. Applicants should be Level III Qualified, with a full UK Drivers License (with no more than 6 penalty points). Preference will be given to Licensed MOT Testers. Training is available, and a path to Master Technician status is encouraged for the right candidates.

Service Diagnostic Technician

Job description

Provides exceptional vehicle servicing and repair by using latest diagnostic technology and techniques to identify vehicle issues. Completes repairs in time allotted while keeping to dealer, brand, and company standards, and delivers vehicles to customers or service advisors on schedule.

Service Technician Job Duties

• Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
• Tests vehicle repairs and communicates issues to service manager and service advisors; conduct additional repair work as advised by managers or advisors
• Uses manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, and repairs are thorough and to highest quality
• Maintains a working knowledge of a diverse number of motor vehicles and works to enhance and improve that knowledge with new vehicle models and new industry standards, practices, and technologies
• Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organised records of all repair work done on each vehicle
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members
• Communicates with service managers about parts ordered, parts required, and timeliness of order completion
• Advises on other issues vehicles display, including common issues vehicles of certain makes and ages develop, and offers timelines for future vehicle repair needs

Service Technician Skills and Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or eqivalent, Dealership Experience, Customer Service Skills, Experience With Used Vehicles, Detail-Oriented, Strong Organisation, Strong Communication Skills, UK Driver's License, Creative Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting, Vehicle Diagnostics.

Salary: From £14.50 per hour
