We’re excited to announce the return of the iconic MICRA - now fully electric and better than ever - bringing this fun, stylish, and practical EV to drivers across South Wales.

Bold Design with Real Attitude

The new MICRA has a confident, SUV-inspired stance with pronounced wheel arches and a sporty lower lip. It rides on 18-inch wheels and features distinctive details like the ‘ice cream scoop’ side indent and a fun ‘welcome wink’ headlight animation when you unlock the car. Choose from 14 exterior colours, including two-tone options, so you can make it truly yours.

Spacious, Modern Interior

Step inside and you’ll find a simple, elegant cabin with two 10.1-inch screens (one for the driver, one central touchscreen). Ambient lighting with 48 colour options lets you set the mood, while three premium trim levels - Modern, Audacious, and Chill - give you plenty of choice. There’s even a subtle Mount Fuji outline moulded into the storage area between the front seats - a nice nod to Nissan’s Japanese heritage.

Despite its compact size (under 4 metres long), the MICRA offers a roomy feel and a generous 326 litres of boot space (expanding to 1,106 litres with the rear seats folded). It’s the perfect size for nipping around Swansea, yet practical enough for weekend trips to the Gower or the Brecon Beacons.

Electric Performance & Everyday Usability

The new MICRA EV comes with a choice of two batteries:

• 40kWh - up to 192 miles of range
• 52kWh – up to 253 miles of range

Both versions support rapid DC charging, with the larger battery able to go from 15% to 80% in around 30 minutes. A heat pump is fitted as standard for better efficiency in Welsh weather, and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology lets you power external devices from the car’s battery - ideal for beach days or camping.

Agile handling, multiple drive modes (including Sport and Eco), regenerative braking paddles, and Nissan’s one-pedal e-Pedal system make it a joy to drive in the city and on longer journeys.

Smart Tech & Strong Safety

The MICRA features NissanConnect with Google built-in, giving you Google Maps, voice control via Google Assistant, and access to apps from Google Play. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard. Safety is well covered too, with Nissan ProPilot assist, autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping, blind spot monitoring, and more.
