We are a family owned company and have been the main Honda dealer in Swansea since 1995.

Our main objective and focus is to provide "EXCELLENT" customer service and to not only meet, but to exceed your expectations. This we believe can be achieved with experienced team members, continually training; with an attitude and dedication to ensuring we are the best retailer in town and deliver Excellent customer service.

We offer and sell New Honda cars, pre-owned Honda Approved Used cars and all makes and models, all Approved. We also fully support Honda Finance which enables us to offer all the competitive finance options, such as the Hassle Free Honda Aspirations, Honda Hire Purchase and also Honda Contract Hire.

Here at BassettsHonda, Swansea, we believe that taking delivery of a New Honda or a pre-owned Honda Approved Used Car is just the start of our relationship and where our job really begins. To help you with all manner of motoring needs and unfortunate events, we offer a full Aftersales Service. Be rest assured that when you bring your car to us here at BassettsHonda, Swansea we ensure only Honda Trained Technicians using only Honda Genuine Parts carry out any work needed.

We have a full size parts department that aims to hold most items in stock for your ease and convenience to help ensure a "fix it right first time" attitude and if for any reason we do not stock it, we aim to get it the very next day.

As we are a Honda Main Dealer, we offer many different forms of service from our Aftersales Department. These can vary from us collecting your car and returning it to you fully serviced to your home or work. Perhaps you would prefer a courtesy car, not a problem; we run a fleet of 6 courtesy cars dedicated to you.

We also offer servicing for all makes and models, Budget Plan Service Contracts, Fixed Price Service Packages, Extended Guarantees, Air Conditioning Servicing, MOT testing, Exhausts, Tyre sales and service, Battery Checks and Health Checks to name a few.

We are a family owned and managed dealership which was originally established in the 1920’s, and we are able to offer a friendly, unpressurised showroom environment. The site is still managed on a daily basis by the family who form part of the management team.

We employee 12 people within the business and have been supplying Honda vehicles, parts and servicing to the local economy for 9 years.

We have a team of fully Honda Approved technicians that allow us to offer you a full range of service options on all Honda vehicles. We also offer these services to all Makes and Models

Bassetts Honda Parts Department;

We have an extensive range of Genuine Honda Parts in stock which helps us "Fix it right first time"  If we don´t have it in stock, if ordered before 12 noon, we aim to have it in stock the next working day.
