WIPER BLADES

£29.00 supplied and fitted (Inc. VAT)

Wiper blades aid visibility and are essential for your safety. It is recommended that your windscreen wipers be replaced if you experience any of the following.

Jumping and Noise Jumping and Noise
Caused by aging or heat.
Streaks Streaks
Caused by frost, heat or bad weather.
Haze Haze
Caused by pollution.

BRAKE PADS, (front or rear)

£95.00 supplied and fitted (Inc. VAT).

The braking system on your vehicle is essential for your safety and so it is recommended that the condition of your brake pads is checked regularly.

Over time, the friction caused by braking will wear down the material that they are made from. If the brake pads become very worn, damage can occur on the brake discs, which in the event of needing to brake quickly, could cause lose of control of the vehicle.

FRONT BRAKE PADS & DISCS

£225 supplied & fitted, (inc. VAT)

The braking system on all vehicles is subject to significant stress during use and over time, the friction generated during braking will cause the material that the brake pads are made from to wear down. If the brake pads become very worn, damage can occur on the brake discs; however, the discs are also subject to damage by becoming tarnished, cracked or oxidised.

Damage to the brake discs can cause loss of control in the event of needing to brake quickly. Therefore it is recommended that the condition of your vehicles brake pads and discs is checked regularly and replaced if necessary to help maintain the safety of the braking system.

REAR BRAKE PADS & DISCS

£275 supplied & fitted, (inc.

TIMING BELT

£295 supplied & fitted, inc. VAT

The timing belt on your vehicle is a key component to the operation of the engine, synchronising the permanent movement of pistons and valves. As result, it is used intensively and is constantly subject to forces from the engine operation, meaning that wear of the belt will occur overtime. Changes in the climate can also affect the belt, leading to early wear.

It is essential that the timing belt is regularly replaced, to help prevent it from failing. Failure of the timing belt would cause immediate and serious damage, and can even lead to the engine braking down.

CLUTCH

From £499 supplied & fitted, inc. VAT

The clutch is an essential part of your vehicle. Whilst your only experience of this part may be pressing down on the clutch pedal each time you want to move up or down a gear, inside there's a lot more going on.

Whilst you're driving, the clutch plates inside your vehicle are kept together by springs. These separate when you press down on the clutch pedal, to enable the gears within the vehicle to be changed. Over time, this regular, repetitive action wears down the clutch, and it will need replacing. As you cannot see your clutch, it is not always easy to know when it needs replacing. However, there are five signs to look out for when it comes to your vehicle's performance, which may mean the clutch needs replacing:

  1. The revs keep increasing but there is little increase in the vehicles speed
  2. Engine revs increase or decrease of their own accord
  3. Rattling or grinding noise when changing up or down gear
  4. Rattling noise when stationary
  5. Difficulty changing gears
  6. Loss of acceleration as the clutch 'slips'
